The fourth-generation Semiconductor Technology seminar concluded successfully at the Baosheng Shuibo Garden Hotel in Hangzhou on May 16th. This conference focused on the three core materials of gallium oxide, diamond and aluminum nitride for extensive exchanges and discussions, jointly promoting technological breakthroughs and industrialization processes of the fourth-generation semiconductor materials and related devices.
Unicon brought the Filmetrics F20 optical film thickness gauge and the FS-RT300 multi-wavelength ellipsometer to the exhibition. The on-site exhibition atmosphere was very lively, and many customers who were familiar with film thickness gauges and ellipsometers came to actively exchange and discuss film measurement.
